2. Orders and Payments
All orders for products and bookings for workshops made through our online platform are subject to availability and our acceptance. Prices for our products and services are displayed on our site and are subject to change without prior notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of order or booking, unless otherwise specified for bespoke services requiring a deposit.
For bespoke floral arrangements and jewellery designs, a consultation process will define the scope and cost, with terms for deposits and final payment clearly communicated.
3. Delivery and Collection
Delivery options and associated costs, where applicable, will be specified during the checkout process. For certain items, collection from our premises may be an option. Specific delivery and collection arrangements will be confirmed upon order completion.
Mineral Bloom is not responsible for delays outside of our control, but will communicate any foreseen issues promptly.
4. Cancellations and Returns
- Floral Arrangements & Perishable Goods: Due to the perishable nature of flowers, cancellations must be made within a specified timeframe (typically 24-48 hours before delivery/collection) to be eligible for a refund or credit.
- Jewellery & Home Decor: Non-perishable items can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Custom-made jewellery may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
- Workshops: Cancellation policies for workshops will be clearly stated at the point of booking, often requiring advance notice for refunds or transfers.
